1910 Belle Époque Red and White Paste Diamante Necklace

This necklace is a pretty example of 'Belle Époque' jewellery, a French style that was popular during the early 1900s.  Created with red and white paste diamantes, set on silver metal in a baroque garland design. This vintage necklace is made up of three individual links, the centre piece being the largest link that is also set with a single emerald cut diamante.  Finished on a silver metal chain, this item of vintage jewellery is a classic example of the favoured style of the elite during the Edwardian period.
