è 1850's Early Victorian Delicate Demi Parure, Steel Bead Necklace & Bracelet Set

è A beautiful delicate Demi Parure, necklace and bracelet set. These Steel beads were produced and became a popular material used during the early Victorian period of around the 1840's. They were used to create beautiful jewels, including ladies purses and gorgeous banqueting bags. This Demi Parure set, with small baguette beads and the tiniest steel beads has been painstakingly restrung to it's former glory on black cotton thread, the double strand design is finished with a safety ring clasp on the bracelet for easy adornment, and the necklace is complemented with a wonderfully designed antique steel screw-clasp.  ò
