For your convenience, you (The Customer) can only place items in your basket that are still available to buy, meaning that you can shop with confidence knowing that the items that you have purchased should be processed and shipped to you.  It should not be possible to order any item that has been purchased.  We (V4Vintage.com) aim to indicate on The Website (V4Vintage.com hereby referred to as 'The Website') that a purchased item has been sold, within 48 hours.  Please note that due to the very nature of our products being individual pieces, it is inevitable that the customer will be able to shop at a higher frequency than we can upload, remove or make changes to each item on the Website.

Prices and stock availability will be Contractually confirmed once you receive the 'V4Vintage.com item purchase confirmation' email, which should be sent once your order has been successfully picked and we can confirm items have been checked for despatch.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by V4Vintage on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of V4Vintage will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of either of them.

Every item of jewellery in the V4Vintage collection has been carefully chosen to represent the highest standards of quality for a vintage item. Therefore, V4Vintage represents and warrants for the benefit of the buyer of the Jewellery on the website that:

a.    V4Vintage has the right, power and authority to offer and sell the Jewellery;

b.    The Jewellery is, and shall remain free and clear of all liens, encumbrances or claims of third parties  of every kind or nature whatsoever;

c.    Good title will pass to the purchaser upon sale;

d.    The Descriptions provided by V4Vintage are accurate to the best of our knowledge and belief, and the physical condition of the Jewellery is as described on the Site, always taking age into consideration.

e.    The Descriptions contain as much information as we know about the individual piece and is as true and complete as possible, in terms of age and authenticity of origin.

We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return.

• You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order ("item purchase confirmation") as soon as your order has been received
   
• You will receive notification of despatch usually within 24/48 hours of your order being processed.

It is not possible to order any item that is not in stock.  You can only place items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the items that you have chosen will be with you within 7 working days.

Your jewellery will be fully insured during delivery.

UK Customers: You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent with an approximate expected date of delivery.  The delivery will be made via Royal Mail Special delivery and as such, will require a signature.

International Customers: Your item(s) will be shipped via International Signed for Mail and will take up to 7 days from date of shipment to reach you.

1.    You must notify V4Vintage by email within 3 days after you receive the item(s).

2.    Returns must be sent back to V4Vintage within 24 hours after notification.

3.    Items must be returned, fully insured for the paid price, in the same condition as  dispatched, in the original packaging, without any alterations or damage to the jewellery. Please include your sales receipt.

Refunds or credits will be processed within 3 days of receipt and inspection of the item(s). We will confirm receipt of the returned item(s), and completion of the refund, by email.

Restocking Fees:

If necessary, V4vintage reserve the right to deduct 10% of the purchase price of the returned item(s) to cover handling and re-stocking costs.

Any returns from outside the U.K. must be clearly marked

                                   “Returned Goods. Country of Origin U.K.” 

Failure to do so will incur Customs Charges and extra Carrier handling Fees, chargeable to the sender.
